Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DealFlow platform operated by Siftt.Ai ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. DealFlow is intended for licensed real estate professionals and institutional investors operating within applicable laws and regulations.

2. Platform Use

DealFlow provides tools for tracking off-market commercial real estate deal flow, buyer interest, and follow-up activity. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Use the platform to transmit unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the platform without written permission
Use the platform in any way that could impair its performance or availability

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@siftt.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using DealFlow, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the DealFlow platform — including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and data models — are owned by Siftt.Ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without our express written consent.

6. Third-Party Integrations

DealFlow may integrate with third-party services (such as WhatsApp). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing on DealFlow constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siftt.Ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DealFlow at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
